- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst police department EVER. They have NO people SKILLS. I received a ticket for speeding and I'm from out of state. The road has unexpected turns. I'm not familiar with the road so I'm driving with caution and my windshield has the mph so I can SEE my SPEED as I'm driving. I was NOT speeding!! The police department and the Villiage Of Forrest Hill Municipal court have been very Rude when trying to communicate with them. I think they are all RACIST. They have definitely discriminated against me and I have a bill of nearly 600.00 for one citation. I'd rather pay a lawyer to get this resolved then to support a bunch of disrespectful thieves.By Samuel Glasper, January 20, 2017
